Session 1 Innovation in Food As sales decline, food companies are entering new categories and formats in a bid to retain consumers. Session 2 Innovation in Ingredients Major CPGs are racing to remove artificial dyes over the next two years following pressure from consumers and the "Make America Healthy Again" movement.
